Metana is a leading tech bootcamp helping developers upskill and land top jobs. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth by connecting with prospective students and guiding them into our programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Qualify inbound leads and book calls for the admissions team
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Engage with potential students, understand their goals, and educate them on Metana’s programs
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Passion for education and tech is a bonus
