We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with a proven track record in outbound sales to the USA market, and who achieves sales targets. As a telesales executive, you will focus on booking appointments for the sales managers with prospects via cold calling and follow up emails.
This role is vital for generating and qualifying leads, building our sales pipeline, and supporting our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. If you excel in this role, there are opportunities for growth within the company.
Please note that the role will be fully remote, operating during USA EST hours (4pm – 1am daylight savings dependent). You must have all the tools needed for this role including a stable internet connection and a laptop.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to book appointments/software demos
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Send follow-up emails to prospects
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and efficient after-sales support.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide well-rounded recommendations to clients.
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales SAAS experience within a B2B environment preferably in the USA market
- Showcase an amazing phone voice along with a bubbly personality and a love for sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated self-starter who is target-driven and results-focused.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently while adhering to USA work hours.
- Experience with CRM systems and online communication tools.
- Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
