We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and assist our U.S. customers during our office’s non-working hours. This is a remote position requiring fluent, accent-free English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional support.
  • Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Fluent, accent-free English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or sales.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A stable internet connection and a professional home workstation.
