- Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.

- Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or sales.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
