Student Support Officer for MedConnect Europe | Remote R12 000 p/m

Full job description

The objective of the role is to be the first point of contact with our clients. You will be responsible for managing a set number of clients and helping them through their application process. You will be part of a strong team and will be working under your manager remotely.

This role will entail learning the key details of the admission process and studying abroad in countries like Bulgaria, Romania, and also Georgia to answer questions our clients may have.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with students who are our clients and answering questions.
  • Providing students with updates regarding their applications.
  • Using our online system to manage each student’s application.
  • Verifying documents and completing the relevant processes to complete the application.
  • Contacting universities regarding the application of the students.
  • Being up to date with our services/prices, university entry requirements, and general information regarding admissions to be able to answer questions from students.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have an excellent level of English, minimum B2 required.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Have access to the internet via a smartphone and laptop
  • Past sales or customer service experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
