Position Overview: Are you eager to enhance our social media presence and brighten smiles along the way? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Social Media Lead Generator to boost our engagement and connect with our audience. This role emphasizes outreach and interaction rather than just content creation. If you’re proactive, self-driven, and excel in sales and communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Post pre-prepared content three times weekly.
  • Engage with our audience by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Daily Messaging:
  • Dispatch a minimum of 100 messages daily across 3-4 company Instagram accounts.
  • Interact with potential clients, partners, and influencers to foster relationships and drive growth.
  • Sales and Outreach:
  • Apply your sales skills, including cold calling, to generate leads and create opportunities.
  • Motivate people to visit our locations for teeth whitening services.
  • Work within a structured pay system to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is an advantage.
  • Available to work 6 days a week and manage multiple accounts effectively.
