JOB PURPOSE

  • The purpose of the Showroom Assistant is to warmly welcome visitors and customers while providing excellent service. They assist with product inquiries, guide customers through the showroom, and ensure personalized recommendations are offered. Showroom Assistants also facilitate sales transactions, promptly address customer concerns, and maintain a professional, organized showroom environment. Overall, their goal is to enhance the customer experience and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.

JOB OBJECTIVES

Welcoming Customers

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.

Assisting Customers

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating product features, and offering recommendations based on their needs.

Sales Transactions

  • Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and arranging deliveries or pickups.

Showroom Presentation

  • Ensure products are displayed effectively, shelves are stocked, and promotional materials are prominently displayed to attract and engage customers.

Customer Support

  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales teams and other showroom staff to coordinate efforts, share product knowledge, and ensure seamless operations.

Administrative Duties

  • Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, updating customer information, and performing inventory checks.

Promotional Activities

  • Support showroom promotional activities and events, such as sales promotions or product launches, to drive customer engagement and sales.
