Sales Support Representative for Bridgestone | Onsite Jhb

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer orientated Sales Support Representative. The sales support team is part of the Sales Team and operating across South Africa.

The role will include:

  • To actively participate and process the day to day Sales Office transactions as a member of a team together with other team members, in an appropriate and effective manner, to the procedures and deadline of the Company.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with Customers and Colleagues (Internal and External) in an efficient manner.
  • To facilitate the progress of any relevant order through quotations for the replacement devices for customers
  • Handle customer requests, questions and complains via phone or emails
  • Check data accuracy on contracts and invoices and credit notes
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Support account management of existing accounts
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management
  • Attend to all customer invoice queries
  • Monitor and liaise with customers who have missed payments and ensure that accounts are settled

Who are you ?

There is no set route to become Sales Support. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer experience in a support role
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to balance multiple areas of responsibility as well requests from multiple sources
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service
  • Able to work independently and able to work within in team
  • Able to follow up with KPI
  • Exceptional English and Afrikaans written and verbal communication skills
