Description

  • (3-months temporary position based in Milnerton)
  • The NSRI is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to the Fundraising Centre team.
  • The NSRI has 50+ stations, satellite stations and Lifeguard containers across a volunteer network spanning 1500+ volunteers. This role will also be required to provide support to the volunteers beyond office hours.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Administrative skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in CRM system.
  • Attention to detail and organised.
  • Accurate and fast typing.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the smooth running of the fundraising team.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information and sales.
  • Converting of sales information on a CRM system
  • Written and verbal communication with donors.
  • Adhere to NSRI policies and procedures.
  • Position and uphold the NSRI brand and reputation.
