The NSRI is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to the Fundraising Centre team.
The NSRI has 50+ stations, satellite stations and Lifeguard containers across a volunteer network spanning 1500+ volunteers. This role will also be required to provide support to the volunteers beyond office hours.
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Relevant qualification
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Administrative skills and experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Proficiency in CRM system.
Attention to detail and organised.
Accurate and fast typing.
Ability to work under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the smooth running of the fundraising team.
Maintain accurate records of donor information and sales.
Converting of sales information on a CRM system
Written and verbal communication with donors.
Adhere to NSRI policies and procedures.
Position and uphold the NSRI brand and reputation.
