Sales Support Administrator for L&M | Remote SA
As a Sales Support Administrator at L&M Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client information, and preparing necessary documents. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process, allowing our sales team to focus on generating new business and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design Tasks: Supporting Sales Team Colleagues by creating and updating eye catching and professional proposals. Some graphic design competence required for this.
- Client Handover Documents: Prepare and manage documents required for handing over clients from the sales team to the account management team.
- Client Overview Documents: Create and maintain detailed overview documents for new and existing clients.
- Client Data Capturing: Accurately capture and maintain client data in our CRM system.
- Preparing of Contracts: Draft and prepare contracts for new clients in collaboration with the sales and legal teams.
- Preparing of Proposals: Assist in the creation and formatting of proposals to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Impeccable English and able to write in UK English
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
