Role
The ideal candidate is passionate about service and being part of an evolving-, growing company with a large footprint in Africa, the Middle East and Southern Asia, and worked in a relevant travel industry position with Hotels, Airlines or Travel Agencies before.
The candidate is energetic, intelligent, hungry for success and driven; A focused team player who is just as committed to their own success as that of their clients.
They will focus on growing and developing the existing T3 client database and be able to access smaller non-IATA registered travel agencies, as well as maintain existing clients and generating new business, under the guidance of their local Business Development Managers (BDM’s).
Responsibilities
- Operate as Sales contact in Durban – for Independent Travel Companies (ITC’s), small Tour Operators, and Travel Agents wishing to make use of T3’s deals, online booking systems and Special travel partner partnership deals.
- Find and sign-up new clients and assist them with training on T3’s two portals.
- Maintain a good understanding of the systems and tools offered by T3 and effectively propose these solutions to potential client agencies.
- Meet agreed-to Sales meeting volumes in your city and surrounding areas.
- Ensure you develop T3 in Durban and the surrounding areas with New Business growth, and retaining those clients with your exceptional client management skills.
- Be professional and courteous at all times when dealing with clients and colleagues as an ambassador for T3.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of High School Diploma equivalency is required.
- 1-2 Years previous working experience within the Hospitality-, Travel-, or another Services environment would be preferred.
- Ongoing practical training will be provided as part of your position.
- It would be an advantage if the candidate has an existing database of ITC’s and other Travel Agencies, and tour operators in Durban.
- A good understanding of Google-Suit (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive etc.).
- Own transport and a valid Driver’s License.

- The candidate MUST live in Durban or Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.
- The candidate must have a valid driving license and have their own car.
