The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the sales team, supporting all sales operations and ensuring that clients have a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales admin for the sales operation executives
- Liaison with cleaners
- Follow-ups with clients
- Working on the CRM
- Working on our booking form
- Charging cards
- Updating Excel schedules
- Handling queries and complaints
- Other admin-related duties

Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work 8:30 -17:00 UK hours. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through telephone, email, and online platforms.

- Will be required to work one weekend shift per month, fully compensated for, and an additional day in lieu of the weekend worked.
