Sales Consultant for AnyVan | Hybrid CT paying R25 000 p/m + benefits

As a Customer Growth Consultant, you will be a natural born seller who enjoys spending a lot of time engaging and interacting with customers on the phone.   

The successful candidate finds it really easy to build rapport with customers and knows the value of active listening.  You listen to respond not react and can easily understand customer needs and match our services and the value proposition to those to leave the customer feeling fully valued and in safe hands. You also understand that a great sales person is diligent and organised and you efficiently follow up on leads and monitor and track your activity on a daily basis to ensure you’re on going to hit and exceed monthly targets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls from a range of leads to potential customers.
  • Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan’s service
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Skills and experience

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with B2B or B2C experience (Exposure to International customers, in particular the UK market is advantageous)
  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets
  • CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the difference between value and features
