Sales Associate for Callnovo | Remote SA – US Hours
Job Description
Callnovo is hiring a Remote Sales Associate, work for a Fashion Show client. This key role will drive company growth through effective lead management and customer transactions.
The Remote Sales Associate will proactively engage with potential and existing clients throughout various stages of the sales process. Candidates must be located within a U.S. Time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Enhance customer interest by following up on leads.
- Encourage registration by providing detailed information about products or events.
- Track interactions and conversion rates using CRM systems.
- Client Communication:
- Reach out to potential clients about upcoming events.
- Increase interest and participation by providing detailed information.
- Payment Processing:
- Facilitate the payment process and address any payment-related queries.
Work Schedule:
- Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm EST, with occasional after-hours and weekend work.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and goal-oriented nature.
