What’s the role?
- B2C cold calling prospective clients
- Fact-finding and rapport-building over the telephone
- Management of CRM
- Ensuring all notes are accurate on the system
- Managing callbacks effectively
- Pipeline management
- Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
- Meet personal targets set
- Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients
- Office Hours Only 8 am until 8 pm GMT on a rotating shift basis.

About You
- The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2C Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, a structured approach, and strong objection-handling skills.
- You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport. You will also have strong influencing skills, be a team player, and be able to shine as an individual.
For our homeworking roles, you are expected to have experience working from home and adequate office space available. You must have a robust internet connection with a minimum download and upload speed of 20 Mbps.
