The Role:
The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our sales lead databases, ensuring good communication and distribution within the organization. This remote position is designed as a three-month fixed contract, with a potential for renewal. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, requiring reliable internet access and their own equipment in the capacity of an independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and update sales lead databases with high accuracy.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to manage sales leads and generate reports.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Assist in the distribution of sales leads gathered from ZoomInfo database.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a sales environment.
- Demonstrated experience in handling lead databases and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Must possess a reliable internet connection and have own equipment suitable for remote work.
Compensation:
- $1000 per month.
