Duties and Responsibilities | Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication Coordination:Serve as the primary link between managers, customer service representatives, and the home office in Centurion.Respond to calls and requests from managers to gather information from employees or the office.Employee Tracking & Performance Monitoring:Track employees’ clock-in and clock-out times.Maintain and report on employee performance statistics to the managers.Lease & Document Management:Manage lease agreements for relevant offices or resources.Ensure timely delivery of documents to and from managers and other stakeholders.Administrative Support:Keep managers’ documents organized and up-to-date.Monitor deadlines and ensure they are met, alerting managers as needed.General Support for Managers:Be available for calls, requests, and urgent tasks from managers.Facilitate seamless communication between managers and the home office or field employees. |
