Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a SAGE Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of various departments, including non-alcoholic beverages, fresh produce, bakery and the cheese room.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level).
- Experience with SAGE X3 or a similar ERP system would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and receive invoices within the SAGE system.
- Create purchase orders in SAGE as needed.
- Ensure accurate stock transfers between departments within SAGE.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that the actual stock and stock on the SAGE system match.
- Collect orders from all departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective ordering processes.
- Handle and file invoices for internal and external clients.
- Handle any SAGE-oriented tasks or requirements.
- Assist with monthly stocktake.
