What You’ll Do:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their desires and preferences, offering tailored recommendations.
- Itinerary Design: Create custom luxury safari itineraries featuring the best lodges, wildlife, and experiences in Greater Kruger, Kruger, and Madikwe.
- Sales Excellence: Showcase the unique experiences we offer, driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.
- Logistics Coordination: Handle all travel logistics, including flights, transfers, accommodations, and special requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Safari Expert: In-depth knowledge of Greater Kruger, Kruger National Park, and Madikwe Game Reserve with a passion for wildlife.
- Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.
- Sales Pro: Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Option1
Basic+Commission+Incentives+Bonuses
This is the most common starting place for any top performer at ASG.
Your basic is one of 10 different options (levels of earning) and no matter where you start you can always ascent based on your performance.
- Basic salaries are tied to sales targets (higher basic higher target)
- Commissions are tied to Gross Profit (a flat rate)
- Incentives is tied to reaching certain milestones (you’ll love ’em)
- Bonuses (we love giving away cash)
Salary Option 2
Commission only (300% higher than salaried staff) + incentives + bonuses
Truth be told, this option is only for the best sales consultants, that back themselves and that want maximum reward for whatever sales they make. This option is always available to any staff member that wants to pivot once they have a good base to support themselves.
