- Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- UK visa application experience
Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
Administration
- Managing and distributing inbound client communication
- Managing system-generated workflows and client information
Application management
- Preparing applications and supporting documentation
- Evaluating applications and assessing documentation
- Maintaining accurate database records and other electronic records in accordance with system verification requirements
- Drafting child-student visa applications in line with UKVI compliance
Invoicing and billing
- Ensuring that the invoicing process works effectively for clients
- Ensuring that invoices are dispatched to clients with the correct information and formatting
- Assisting the Accounts function with any aged debt issues
Other
- You may be asked from time to time to undertake other tasks that are relevant to your position.
