Resource Management Coordinator for Metalab | Remote Worldwide

You’ll join our Operations team to coordinate and strengthen the nuts and bolts that drive us all forward. With quick feet and a quick mind, you’ll help resource projects, coordinate vendors, and assist with business operations. Responsibilities:
Resource Management
- Join resourcing meetings with department heads and directors, taking notes and capturing action items
- Create new projects in Resource Manager tool
- Create, update, and maintain assignments in Resource Manager tool
- Work with Resource Managers to scenario-plan potential projects
- Keep track of resourcing decisions that need to be made by department heads and directors
- Manage PTO and PTO coverage needs
- Work with Resource Managers to create capacity, utilization, and chargeability reports weekly and monthly
Vendor Management
- Understand contractor needs to work with Talent Acquisition to source and vet for approval
- Support Talent Acquisition by contacting freelancers to understand potential fit for a project
- Create vendor NDA, MSA & SOWs
- Cross-check timesheets against contractor invoices
- Support vendor onboarding into Metalab
- Keep vendor database up to date and work with project teams to collect and document feedback on vendor performance
- IT Operations
- Help set up new vendors in required tools when necessary
The must-have shortlist:
- Previous experience in an operations support role, preferably in an agency
- Demonstrated experience managing operational projects
- Solutions-oriented and a positive spirit
- Driven by data and a curiosity for asking questions and finding answers
- Ability to create and maintain analytics reporting
- Multitasking maven with excellent time-management skills
- Confident command of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Experience with Resource Management tools a plus
