Remote South Africa Law Firm Receptionist Job Opportunity for Idaho Divorce Law Firm
We are a Family Law Firm located in Idaho hiring in South Africa looking for one to two dedicated, full-time intake specialists that will communicate with potential clients via phone or Zoom to determine if the potential clients are qualified for our services.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience using multiple-line soft phone system (we use dialpad)
- Customer Service Experience
- Phone Sales Experience
- Great Attitude
- Experience with CRM systems (we use clio grow and monday)
- An amazing attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- FLUENT English
This position may also include some administrative assistance, such as saving and organizing filings that we receive from the court.
