Are you passionate about fitness and skilled in sales? Join our growing outdoor fitness bootcamp business as a Remote Sales Representative. You’ll play a key role in converting leads into trial clients, ensuring they experience the benefits of our high-energy, results-driven training programs.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Follow up on leads generated and provided.
- Build relationships with leads, understand their fitness goals, and explain our programs.
- Schedule trial sessions.
- Track and update lead progress in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Location
- This is a remote role based in South Africa, offering flexible working hours.
Benefits
- $6 per hour Part time. Will increase on results and performance.
- 10 hours per week though this will increase during high demand.
