Remote Job Vacancy as a Resource Coordinator at Cooper Perry South Africa

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource Coordinator to join our national resourcing team within CP’s growing operations function. Whilst this role will be covering for maternity, due to our continued growth this is role be permanent!
This position will be based in South Africa and supporting our UK based teams. But don’t worry, you aren’t alone. The South African based CP network is growing.
About the team…
Our resourcing team plays a critical role to the smooth running of our client facing functions, namely Audit, Tax and Business Services & Outsourcing. They support the coordination around new recruits joining CP, students requiring exam leave as well as making sure all assignments are appropriately allocated.
They make what we do seamless and look effortless, through their hard work and juggling skills.
About the day to day…
As a Resource Coordinator, you’ll be working with internal stakeholders in the UK to support in planning the day-to-day resourcing needs. You’ll do this by getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;
- Maintaining our resource planner and resource request system, working alongside our engagement teams to find solutions for day-to-day issues with resourcing
- Challenging resource bookings to ensure a suitable team is allocated to assignments
- Reviewing resource bookings against budgets to identify any shortfalls or overbookings
- Providing timely and accurate information to the resourcing manager on available resource
- Monitoring holiday requests for the team and exam leave for students so they have been factored into the resource planner
- Updating our resource planner for any new recruits and known leavers
- Work closely with our training manager and allocate time out of the business for internal training courses
