Remote Job Opportunity for Sales Representative at Job Duck South Africa

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

The Sales Representative is responsible for closing deals and incorporating new Clients. They are also in charge of facilitating calls to Potential New Clients and solving the inquiries they may have regarding the company, as well as working in tandem with the Happiness Team to hand off the new Clients and follow up with them.

Monthly compensation: 1300 USD + commission

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:  

  • Hosting Sales Calls with Potential Clients. 
  • Following up and Closing deals with Clients.
  • Handing off Clients to CX. 
  • Facilitating follow-up calls with Clients.
  • Assisting the CX Team with additional requests and inquiries from Clients.
  • Working with the Sales Leadership on several projects.
  • Tracking Client interaction on CRM. 
  • Assisting AFCs in the correction, editing, and resending of DocuSign agreements.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:

Qualifications 

  • At least 1 year of Sales experience.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication. 
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. 
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail. 
  • Sensitivity and understanding.
  • Persuading and negotiating skills. 
  • Experience in cold calling is required.
