About the Role: Inside Sales Executive

We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our presence in the US market.

If you excel at cold calling, closing deals, and turning prospects into long-term partners, this role is for you! You will play a critical part in outbound sales efforts, connecting with decision-makers and driving revenue by promoting RedNovius’ innovative medical video solutions.Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective clients in the US market, building connections and presenting our solutions.
  • Sales Demos: Identify client needs and showcase how our tailored videos meet their goals.
  • Close Deals: Convert qualified leads into paying clients by demonstrating the unique value of our services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management and Business Intelligence teams to optimize client on boarding and sales strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets, driving company growth.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (inside sales or telesales preferred).
  • Proven cold calling expertise and the ability to convert leads into clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven sales approach.
  • A highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
