This will be a fully remote role and you MUST have UK regulated collection experience
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience in regulated debt collection for a UK Financial company (essential)
- A minimum of 1 year’s UK debt collection experience (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations concerning debt collection
- An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace, and voice clarity)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Driven with a passion to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers, and match products to individual needs
