We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our contingent business team in Johannesburg. In this role, you’ll take charge of winning new business, retaining clients, and delivering top-tier talent solutions. Your expertise in tech recruitment or technical (engineering) hiring will be pivotal in driving success. If you have 360 recruitment experience and international exposure, that’s a significant plus!

💼 What you will be doing

  • Driving business development to secure new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Using innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in tech and technical (engineering) fields.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring smooth processes and clear communication.
  • Staying proactive in identifying new opportunities for client growth. 

🌍 What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on tech or technical (engineering) roles.
  • A proven track record  of wining new business and expanding on existing clients.
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to build lasting relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in international recruitment or a keen interest in expanding into global markets.
  • High energy, drive, and hunger to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • A confident, articulate, and proactive communicator, comfortable picking up the phone and closing deals.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
