Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Human Resource administration/management
  • 2 – 3 years HR administration and Recruitment experience
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Advanced Excel

Ideal Requirements:

  • 2-3 Solid Talent management and Recruitment experience
  • Strong experience sourcing good Technical and Sales candidates.
  • ICT/tech industry exposure with sound knowledge of ISP services
  • Employee file management experience
  • Talent management and administration 
  • Strong Interviewing Techniques and Etiquette
  • Experience working on ATS (Applicant Tracker) Systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

  • Maintaining recruitment process administration

What you will be doing:

  • Administrating the recruitment process
  • Screening CV’s, preselecting candidates and conducting telephonic screening sessions with candidates
  • Shortlisting candidates for hiring managers.
  • Setting up interviews for hiring managers and interviewing HR representative
  • Interviewing candidates with Hiring Managers
  • Arrange assessments for shortlisted candidates.
  • Setting up criminal checks for shortlisted candidates
  • Conducting reference checks on all candidates
  • Seeing to queries from candidates regarding vacancies.
  • Compiling recruitment files
