Recruitment Administrator for BlueTelecoms | Onsite Jhb
JOB PURPOSE
To identify, attract, and recruit highly motivated field sales agents who will effectively promote and sell the company’s products and services. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process to meet recruitment targets and support business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Sourcing – including drafting of adverts
- Screening of candidates
- Conducting Telephonic interviews
- Database Management
- Teamwork and Collaboration
Requirements
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess and identify potential in candidates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in recruitment tools and systems
- Results-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of the sales industry and field sales operations will be advantageous
QUALIFICATION
- Matric or higher qualification
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration position
- Proficiency in MS Office, mainly outlook and excel
