  • As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
  • Our receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
  • Welcoming guests and greet people who visit the business.
  • Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls

Requirements

  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners
  • Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
