- As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
- Our receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
- Welcoming guests and greet people who visit the business.
- Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
Requirements
- Proven work experience of at least 5 years
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
