  • Customer Support and CRMS
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Escalation and feature requests
  • Reporting and adhoc administration
  • Live Chat support
  • Training Sessions

Level and Skills Required

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 12 months administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Customer Service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • A team player
  • Approachable
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident and friendly
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good time management skills
  • Methodical and clear-thinking
  • Flexible with a positive attitude
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
