- Private Listing Moderation
- Private Listing Refunds
- Customer Support and CRMS
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Escalation and feature requests
- Reporting and adhoc administration
- Live Chat support
- Training Sessions
Level and Skills Required
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 12 months administration experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Customer Service experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong administrative skills
- A team player

- Confident and friendly
- Ability to work under pressure
