Full job description
We are looking for a responsible personal assistant/sales coordinator to perform a variety of supporting tasks. The personal assistant/sales coordinator’s responsibilities include preparing necessary client reports and administrative tasks to support the day-to-day activities of the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Excel, PPT, Word and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a coordinator or in an administration role and familiarity with our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, a successful personal assistant/sales coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the key accounts manager’s desk.
Responsibilities
- Be the support function to the key accounts manager
- Compile proof of executive summaries for client bookings
- Compile monthly client reports
- Data capturing in the CRM system of all work executed
- Maintaining the integrity of all data in the system
- Prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency
- Write and compile proposals for clients
- Issue agreements to the client
- Following up and chasing on any leads
Requirements
- Having a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- You must have a matric certificate
- Drivers licence desirable
