  • Personal Assistant to Mr. Naidoo
  • Reception duties
  • Maintain office records and filing
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Meeting arrangements
  • Order office supplies

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Good administration skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and etiquette
  • Minimum one year experience
  • Any relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Working hours are 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Salary to be discussed at interview.
