• At least a year of teaching experience.
• University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Teaching and/or Business.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English language training sessions to adult learners, with a particular focus on startups and innovative businesses.
• Tailor lessons to meet the specific needs and objectives of individual students, taking into consideration their professional backgrounds and language proficiency levels.
• Develop and implement creative teaching materials and resources that foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment. All supported with in-house material and LP planning support.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the business and startup sectors to provide relevant and up-to-date content to students.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a thorough understanding of business terminology and concepts.
• Intermediate level of Spanish needed (the interview process will be partly conducted in Spanish).
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language to adults, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
• A genuine interest in startups and innovative businesses, along with a good understanding of the challenges and trends in these sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effectively engage with adult learners.
• Highly flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to attend training sessions and workshops provided by the company.
• Empathy and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages students to actively participate and achieve their goals.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to teaching, inspiring students to excel in their language learning journey.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, Psychology or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

This is a part time position covering two possible shifts: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
