Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
- Assist the team in guiding clients through the onboarding process.
- Utilise your knowledge of MS Office Suite and other operational tools to manage tasks effectively.
- Provide top-notch customer support, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client feedback is captured and addressed, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Stay proactive in identifying potential challenges and delivering creative solutions.
What We’re Looking for Someone Who is
- Confident with software tools, systems, and technology
- Previous experience with Excel and Data Analytics
- Experience with tools and processes related to operations.
- Previous exposure to customer-facing roles or support tasks is a plus.
