Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
  • Assist the team in guiding clients through the onboarding process.
  • Utilise your knowledge of MS Office Suite and other operational tools to manage tasks effectively.
  • Provide top-notch customer support, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client feedback is captured and addressed, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Stay proactive in identifying potential challenges and delivering creative solutions.

What We’re Looking for Someone Who is

  • Confident with software tools, systems, and technology
  • Previous experience with Excel and Data Analytics
  • Experience with tools and processes related to operations.
  • Previous exposure to customer-facing roles or support tasks is a plus.
