Receptionist for Novelty Candies| Onsite CT (R10 000 p/m)
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team within the manufacturing and supplier industry as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
- Stock taking and ordering of material required by the factory
- Allocation and processing of invoices for the branch.
- Resolve credit related queries and processing of credit notes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be fluent in English (Read, Speak and Understand)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- The following computer skills and knowledge of office software packages are essential: MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Outlook;
- Knowledge Pastel will be an added advantage
- Own reliable vehicle
