Receptionist for Novelty Candies| Onsite CT (R10 000 p/m)

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team within the manufacturing and supplier industry as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
  • Stock taking and ordering of material required by the factory
  • Allocation and processing of invoices for the branch.
  • Resolve credit related queries and processing of credit notes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be fluent in English (Read, Speak and Understand)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • The following computer skills and knowledge of office software packages are essential: MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Outlook;
  • Knowledge Pastel will be an added advantage
  • Own reliable vehicle
