Spatial Dimension South Africa is seeking an Office Administrator/Coordinator based at our Cape Town Office.
What you will do
Performing office administration duties including but not limited to:
- Answering, screening and forwarding calls
- Receiving visitors at the front desk
- Ordering office supplies, equipment and stationery
- Managing office cleaning services
- Managing repairs and maintenance of the office
- Managing cellphone contracts (transfers, upgrades)
- Monthly grocery stocktaking
- Arranging company lunches and functions
- Arranging company events and conferences
- Updating office asset register
- Facilitate office recycling
- Printing, scanning and filing
- Courier and postal arrangements
- Support Health & Safety initiatives
Skills & experience you should bring
- 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Fluent in English
