Spatial Dimension South Africa is seeking an Office Administrator/Coordinator based at our Cape Town Office.

What you will do

Performing office administration duties including but not limited to:

  • Answering, screening and forwarding calls
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk
  • Ordering office supplies, equipment and stationery
  • Managing office cleaning services
  • Managing repairs and maintenance of the office
  • Managing cellphone contracts (transfers, upgrades)
  • Monthly grocery stocktaking
  • Arranging company lunches and functions
  • Arranging company events and conferences
  • Updating office asset register
  • Facilitate office recycling
  • Printing, scanning and filing
  • Courier and postal arrangements
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives

Skills & experience you should bring

  • 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English
