Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12/equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or similar environment.
  • Proficient in English / other languages an advantage
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Persistent with sales and results driven.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Problem solving skills with ability to handle objections.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective donors.
  • Persuade potential donors to donate and support the NSRI
  • Follow-up on existing and previous donors for potential support.
  • Utilise CRM and data entry.
  • Achieve targets and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build donor relationships.
