Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or similar environment.
- Proficient in English / other languages an advantage
- Basic computer skills.
- Persistent with sales and results driven.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Problem solving skills with ability to handle objections.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective donors.
- Persuade potential donors to donate and support the NSRI
- Follow-up on existing and previous donors for potential support.
- Utilise CRM and data entry.
- Achieve targets and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Build donor relationships.
