Job DescriptionShoe City is seeking a highly motivated and organized graduate to join our team for 12 months as an Office Administrator  Graduate. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team and assist with reception duties.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Office Administration /Advanced diploma Office Administration or related field (minimum of NQF 7 qualification is essential)Must have completed and graduated with relevant tertiary qualification
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Highly Proficient in Google Suite Highly Proficient in MS Office especially excelStrong administrative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and willing to handle a variety of tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasksStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyMust have own transport Must be available immediately
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the teamAssist with project coordination and implementationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and databasesCompiling,analysing and reporting of dataPrepare and edit documents, reports, and presentationsCoordinate travel arrangements and meetingsFront desk receptionGreeting and welcoming visitors, clients, or customers.Directing visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.Answering and directing incoming phone calls.Perform other administrative tasks as required
