As the Marketing Manager at Artclub and Friends, you will play a pivotal role in helping us tell our brand’s story and connecting with our community through authentic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Capability in developing and leading Marketing strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Artclub and Friends’ seasonal collections and brand initiatives
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging
  • Collaborate with the design team to showcase our products and collections
  • Cultivate partnerships with artists, influencers, and like-minded partners to grow our community and connect with new customers
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continuously innovate and evolve our strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and e-commerce to achieve shared goals.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: proficiency in digital marketing channels is crucial, with expertise in social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM(SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING), e-commerce, website and other online marketing tactics.)
  • Leadership and Team Management: The Marketing Manager will likely oversee a team of marketing professionals or work cross-functionally with other departments. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential to ensure collaboration and alignment towards marketing goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills are crucial for a Marketing Manager to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. They should also have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate partnerships.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets is important. The Marketing Manager should be able to allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI and track expenses to ensure they stay within budget.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Degree or training in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), email marketing tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Leadership qualities and an ability to work well in a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
