We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Administrator and Coordinator to become an integral part of our client’s team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the co-founder in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, project coordination, and creative input with the potential to evolve into a strategic marketing role.  

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing-related documents.
  • Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the co-founder.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical marketing assets and files.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns related to events, partner marketing opportunities, and lead-generation activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Track and manage marketing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Oversee the loading and allocation of leads in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.

Market Research and Analysis

  •  Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  •  Utilize analytics to assess marketing campaigns’ effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.

Other Requirements

  • A reliable high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 75-100Mbps).
  • A personal laptop or desktop computer, and an external monitor.
  • A sufficient backup power supply to manage potential power outages.
  • A high-quality headset with a built-in microphone.
  • Flexibility to work hours that align with the client’s time zone (CST).
