Your tasks as Customer Service Agent may include, among others:
Maintain optimal workflow and communication platforms
Customer service activities including: Prompt reaction/response to irregularities or operational incidents, Tracing, Irregularity letters and Flight irregularity handling
Manage bookings, quotations, Adhoc quote sheet and Pricing in collaboration (consultation) of Team Leader
Sell available capacities proactively
Manage recurring bookings and inform Sales Executive about low and changing trends
Joint customer visits with Sales Executive and close collaboration with them
Manage Account Responsible, including coastal Customers
Monitoring of GHA activities, quality, material and security and safety guided by the respective SLA’s
Handling escalation process with Contribution Management on a shipment level
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
High School diploma (Matric certificate)
Experience in the cargo business is an asset
Background in Customer Service is an asset
Fluency in English language (written and spoken) required
Basic IT knowledge (word, excel, internet and e-mail)
