What you will do as a Learner Support Officer:

  • Learner Support through one-on-one and group sessions to address academic and
  • personal challenges.
  • Program Facilitation, assist in the delivery and coordination of educational
  • programs, workshops and activities.
  • Progress monitoring through tracking and reporting on learner progress, providing feedback
  • and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Develop and distribute learning materials and resources to enhance learner engagement
  • and understanding.
  • Mentorship by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment and mentoring learners to
  • build confidence and resilience.

Applicant Requirements

Educational background:

A completed Degree/Diploma in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Relations or Retail (Make sure to attach proof of qualifications)

Experience:

Previous experience in learner support, sales, counseling or education is highly desirable

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds

A genuine Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic approach to learner needs

Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and track learner progress effectively.
