Johannesburg Water is Hiring Data Officer
Monitoring accuracy and completeness of received complaints as generated by COJ Contact Centra/Billing/Mini Call Centre as well as completion of work orders by Networks Operations captured on the information management system. The extraction and capturing of required data from IMIS system for data analysis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and attend to works orders per Depot (per week) daily.
- Check for accuracy and completeness of work orders before submitting to the various Depots.
- Capture on SAP PM unaccounted for water anomalies found on their investigations.
- Efficient and effective extraction of data from MIS/SAP PM as requested by supervisor.
- Escalation of urgent Quality Assurance inconsistencies/anomalies found.
- Compile and present information as requested by supervisor for analysis.
- Monitoring and report of all late and outstanding CRM, C111 backlog report on a weekly basis.
- Check and confirm the accuracy and completeness of information in completed works orders on the MIS system.
- Monitor and report non-compliance and data errors to the relevant Unit.
- Manager/Supervisor and give suggestions on the ways of dealing with deficiencies.
- Liaise with customers on feedback quality of jobs done by the Networks on the reported problems.
- Attend to all daily requests of work orders by customers and billing Department.
- Monitoring all late and outstanding new connections requests as requested by Supervisor.
- Compile and present customer feedback survey to Supervisor for Customer Satisfaction Survey Project.
- Keep the Monitoring and Evaluation unit informed and updated on data related matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 (NQF4)
- 1-year working experience in data management
- Computer literacy
- Good command of English
