As a Rental Administrator, you will provide crucial support to the rental team leads, rental agents, and property managers. Your responsibilities will encompass various leasing functions, including administrative tasks related to applications, lease agreements, relocation facilitation, early termination of leases, and lease renewals. You will uphold quality standards in application processing, ensuring strict adherence to qualifying criteria and safeguarding against bad debt risk and collection issues.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The following education is required:
Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
The following experience is required:
- 1 years’ experience in leasing, administration or a relevant property related role.
- Working knowledge of the laws governing residential leasing
- A track record of excellent customer service
- Proficiency in English. The ability to comprehend, speak and write Afrikaans or isiXhosa is advantageous
- A valid Code EB (08) driver’s license (advantageous)
