Inventor Management Specialist for Natures Craft | Remote SA – paying R14 000 p/m
Purpose of the job:
The responsibilities of the inventory management specialist include managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations. To be successful as an inventory analyst, you should be analytical with strong attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch inventory specialist should possess acute situational awareness and should be able to interpret and implement data accurately and quickly.
Job Description:
- Process and tracks orders from different platforms
- Label orders, proofing, approving, confirmation, and invoicing
- Encodes customer’s information
- Monitors and updates all the products pricing and shipping information
- Oversees the overall inventory tasks for all the products
- Executes returns and exchanges of the products
- Monitoring and tracking shipment from manufacturer to 3PL.
- Manages Inventory, Transactions and Sales Reports
- Extraction, tracking and downloading report
- Processes bulk package request
- Assists the customers with their requests and inquiries via email and phone calls
- Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric and relevant qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in handling reports or in the related field for this position
- Experienced in managing day-to-day shipment operations, including placing and receiving orders.
- Knowledgeable in inventory process and inventory control
- Able to maintain good business relationships with vendors through email communications.
- Experience in email or chat-based customer service roles may be considered an advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce and supply chains is an advantage but not required
- Must have the ability to gather and organize large quantities of data and provide accurate analysis
- Knowledgeable in Excel and Google Sheet
- Willing to work on mid shift schedule (10:00 – 19:00 SAST)
