Description

  • The main job function includes but is not limited to the related tasks below for the Pretoria office:
  • Capture daily client/ employee receipts and payments 
  • Maintain and reconcile audited accounts for specific clients 
  • Journal entries
  • Prepare annual admin office budget
  • Ensure creditors are paid correctly & timeously
  • Prepare and process subsistence allowances
  • Maintain and update BDO vendors accounts

Requirements

  • Computer literate 
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
