HR Office Administrator for RALI | Onsite Jhb
The HR Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing the Company`s HR administrative functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of the leave balances, supporting HR-related activities and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a thorough understanding of HR processes.
The responsibilities will include:
- · Maintain and manage filing, employment contracts, support, update and track leave balances and disciplinary records.
- · Maintain accurate and complete personnel records.
- · Assist with quarterly performance review feedback sessions with line managers.
- · Generate accurate monthly leave report reconciliations.
- · Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- · To manage and oversee all HR admin-related activities and employee relations.
- · Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- · Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- · Ensure compliance with all internal controls, assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs.
- · Ensure compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- · Ensure background checks are completed
- · Strong understanding of HR and payroll-related legislation.
- · Excellent organizational and time management skills must have a keen eye to detail and must be able to work well under pressure.
Minimum Requirements:
- · Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferable in the Hospitality Sector.
- · Strong administrative and organisational skills
- · Meticulous attention to detail
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- · Strong interpersonal skills
- · Highly ethical and able to handle confidential information
- · Self-motivated and results oriented
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google workspace
- · Able to meet deadlines and provide progress updates
- · Proactive and takes initiative.
- · Approachable and enjoys working with people
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
