Front Desk Receptionist for Sorbet | Onsite CT
Beauty salon and nail bar in pinelands CPT, is seeking a Full-time Administrator.
Purpose of the work:
It is the role of the FDC to welcome guests to the Sorbet store and coordinate the activities of the citizens to achieve the best possible customer service. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first line of contact that guests have with the Sorbet brand, therefore a friendly, professional guest orientated approach is central to the role.
Work Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests to the store by displaying a friendly, warm and professional attitude (Make eye contact, acknowledge clients even when you are busy, smile)
- Understand and be able to advise guests on all treatments in the menu.
- Is able to advise client and sell retail products when therapists are unavailable.
- Actively promotes and up/cross sells treatments.
- Understands the benefits of the Sorbet Loyalty Program and offer the loyalty program sign up to ALL guests who visit the store.
- Accurately book appointments and / or handle changes made to appointments
- Handle guest questions and concerns in a professional and accurate manner.
- Answer calls in a friendly professional manner.
- Handle appointments and appointment reminders.
- Manage citizens work schedule /rosters.
- Coordinate citizen training schedules and bookings.
- Responsible for managing store opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and is responsible for Stock counts and inventory control (Daily In and Out Counts, weekly Full Inventory Check).
- Manage stock receiving procedures as per Sorbet Franchise Systems Manual.
- Responsible for receiving stock and capturing invoices on ESP.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Assist with administrative accurate invoice filing and controls.
- Manage cash takings and daily banking.
- Complete accurate daily cash-up.
- Maintains a clean professional working environment by doing hygiene checks.
- Maintains a clean and organized front desk, as per franchise regulations.
- Maintains accurate stock levels with the franchisee.
- Communicate any staff/ guest problems that need attention to the franchisee.
- Perform any other reasonable requests and tasks related to the maintenance of the business as requested by management from time to time.
