About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing a wide range of responsibilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership team by managing travel arrangements, coordinating the CEO’s diary, and ensuring the follow-through on key actions. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, with commercial acumen and a proactive, business-minded approach, capable of handling complex schedules and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Diary Management: Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time and effectiveness.
- Meeting Support: Attend key meetings, including Senior Leadership Team (SLT) sessions, to take accurate, detailed minutes and ensure action points are documented.
- Action Follow-Up: Track and follow up on action items from previous meetings, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all items are progressing according to plan.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize discussions and actions concisely.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, capable of anticipating needs and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.
